Stone Cold Fox

Colour Pop Stone Cold Fox 30-Pan Shadow Palette ($34.00 for 0.92 oz.) is a new, permanent (as permanent as something can be with ColourPop, ha, ha, ha) that includes 30 shades across a mix of matte and shimmer finishes. The quality was decent overall with some matte eyeshadows being more powdery and needing to be built up (or having fallout), while the shimmers were a little softer but were usually fine to work with.

I would recommend using an eyeshadow primer, which helped to minimize some of the issues across the board but also helped prevent some shades from looking muddy. The types of tones in the palette can have a tendency to muddy quickly if using too many together as they are desaturated.

So Fine (Stone Cold Fox)

So Fine (Stone Cold Fox) is a light pink with subtle, warm undertones and a metallic sheen. The texture was more loosely-pressed, so there was a bit of fallout during application, but it had opaque color coverage that was blendable. It wore well for seven and a half hours before fading noticeably.

Trip is a light beige with subtle, warmer undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had a more powdery consistency that had a fair amount of fallout/flyaway product, so it worked better applied initially if it was going to be above anything else (like on the brow bone). It had mostly opaque color coverage, though. It stayed on well for seven hours before fading visibly.

Mystery

Mystery is a medium-dark pink base with flecks of darker pink and copper sparkle over a more frosted finish. The color payoff was mostly opaque, which could be built up but was best applied over an eyeshadow primer with a fingertip as this managed the fallout and improved the smoothness of the powder. The consistency was more powdery and chunky, so it was more prone to emphasizing skin texture. It lasted well for seven and a half hours before fading noticeably.
