Fashion Week 2020 – New York Fashion Week

February 6 – 13, 2020

*Please note: These are mainly industry-only shows. You can also buy tickets to open-to-the-public shows.

After a protracted month of men’s shows, pre-fall appointments, and couture collections, it’s eventually time for New York Fashion Week.

The shows don’t formally start until Friday, but matters are beginning with a bang—and on the contrary sides of the country. Monse and Rag & Bone will kick things off right here in New York, even as Tom Ford is showing his new collection in Los Angeles (probably to a celebrity-studded audience). Friday night will also provide us one of the month’s biggest parties: the Fenty pop-up for Rihanna’s new collection at Bergdorf Goodman (arms crossed Rih makes an appearance!).

The weekend’s succeeding lineup can keep the momentum going with shows and displays beginning on the hour from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Don’t miss 2019’s CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund winner Christopher John Rogers on Sat night. Get up early for Tory Burch’s takeover at Sotheby’s on the following morning. Make sure to remain up for Eckhaus Latta at the South Street harbor on Tuesday night.
Other native favorites like Batsheva and Zero + Maria Cornejo have opted for intimate displays instead of runway shows.  Brandon Maxwell is staging his runway within the museum of natural history, enclosed by epic scenes from nature.

Phil Oh will be shooting his best-in-class street vogue photos, too, whereas Corey Tenold is ready to photograph all of the top models backstage.
